i suffer from insomnia, and i find that sleeping pills only work for a
night or two, and i never feel fully rested after i take them.
this has led me to experimenting with more natural options. i keep
this oil in a roll-on tube beside my bed, and put a little on my wrists
and neck when i go to bed. i have found that this along with taking some
valerian has made a world of difference.
ingredients:
2-3 t carrier oil (i used sweet almond)
essential oils (drops)
lavender 4
bergamot 2
rosemary 2
ylang ylang 2
basil 3
chamomile 4
juniper 2
clary sage 3

to make:
just mix all those suckers together. the roll-on tube is a great
option because it avoids mess, but any water tight (oil tight?)
container will do.
this tube was just an old lip gloss tube. i cleaned it out well, and re-purposed it.
