i made this icing to top a couple of chocolatey christmas treats
(recipes coming soon). i had never made icing before, and was really
surprised at how easy it was, and how well it turned out.

i’m sure it was all about the food processor. it made mixing
everything super easy and fast. it only took about 10 minutes to make
this!
the recipe makes about 1 1/4 c of icing!
ingredients:
1 c icing sugar
1/2 c natural peanut butter
1 t vanilla
1/4 c milk (i used almond)
1 c icing sugar
1/2 c natural peanut butter
1 t vanilla
1/4 c milk (i used almond)
to make:
put icing sugar and peanut butter in food processor. process on low until well mixed (it will be sort of fine crumbs)

then, mixing on low, add vanilla, then milk. add the milk slowly,
depending on the consistency of the peanut butter you may need more or
less than 1/4 c. stop once you’ve gotten it to your desired thickness.

you can spoon the icing into a tupperware and keep in the fridge, or
(like i did) into a thick ziploc bag. to ice my cupcakes and cookies, i
cut one corner off and squeezed it out.

it was actually a lot easier than i thought it would be to make my treats look fancy.
