i love vinaigrette. it’s tasty and healthy and ever so versatile.
this recipe is my go-to when it comes to vinaigrette, it’s quick and
easy to prepare, and will last at least a couple of weeks in the fridge
(although it always gets eaten sooner at my house!)
this recipe makes enough for a few salads.
ingredients:
2 t garlic
1 t grainy mustard
1 t sugar
2 T red wine vinegar
3 T olive oil
3 T water
dash of each salt and pepper
to make:
throw everything in a little jar.
give it a good shake. make sure to shake it before using it as well!
